IMT Holdings, Corp. strives to deliver the best in high-value, natural language technology products.

IMT Holdings, Corp was formed in November 2007 by Gregory Roberts with the goal to create or acquire natural language processing (NLP) technologies such as entity extraction and search capabilities that would position the company as the leader in linguistic technologies. Michael Sorah joined IMT Holdings in March 2008 to develop the Rosoka technologies. In June of 2008, Beta testing and feasibility studies were initiated with an agency of the Australian government. Startup and Venture funding has been scarce since the recession began in 2008, but development of the Rosoka technologies has continued to advance, in large part to the unique attributes of the product.

In July, 2011 IMT Holdings moved their corporate headquartes to the Reston International Center.  This facility is located in the heart fo the Northern Virginia, Dulles Corridor.  The move will better support its customer base.

The Company plans to continue expanding sales, development efforts, and looking for compatible partners or investors. Over the next six months, new capabilities will be added to the product line, making IMT Holdings a cutting-edge provider of natural language processing tools.
