IMT Holdings, Corporation was formed in late 2007 after its founder, Gregory Roberts, decided to create a company devoted to acquiring and creating inter-releated Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies and products. Michael Sorah soon joined IMT because of his shared vision with Mr. Roberts and they have continued on a path to make the most technologically advanced NLP products to exploit electronic natural lanaguage texts. Starting from their home office in Northern Virginia, IMT Holdings first supplied their products to a small niche of international organizations.
