Gregory Roberts is the Founder, President, and CEO. Mr. Roberts has a background in linguistics and extensive experience with entity extraction products. Mr. Roberts has 15+ years of experience with linguistic product companies. For the nine years prior to forming IMT Holdings, Mr. Roberts worked with the technical, business, and sales of Lockheed Martin's AeroText product line division.

Michael Sorah is the Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Sorah has 20+ years experience designing and developing enterprise solutions for the intelligence community. Mr. Sorah has a background in computer science and was at one time part of Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works.

Samuel Sparks is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sparks has 20+ years experience managing accounting, financial reporting, and operations ranging from start-ups through multi-billion dollar organizations. He has assisted numerous start-up companies with raising capital and positioning their companies to succeed.
